Good selection of guns and fair prices. The customer service was terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. I was looking for a set of night sights for a pistol. Looking for options and advice, I was told that most people know what they are looking for, before they come in. They couldn't give me a time frame for installation, just whenever they gunsmith got to it and they were going to charge $75 to install. I went to Shooters after, where they gave me advice, charged $10 for the install and got the sights ordered and installed in 4 days.

Spoke with their gunsmith team regarding an issue I was having with a shotgun. Not only did two guys drop what they were doing to assist me but they instantly identified my problem, gave me a solution and showed me a bunch of things to look out for with my gun. I think HH has the best gunsmiths in the country. Oh, did I mention that they didn't even charge me for the help?
