I am a past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association with 43 years of personal injury/wrongful death practice. I am an attorney in WV. I had a client in my jurisdiction that was injured on a cruise line. The client was a minor child, and was severely injured. I called Mr. Hickey directly, and he personally went to the hospital in Florida to help the injured client. The case did not have an easy set of facts, but Mr. Hickey and his firm did a tremendous job and fought the fight to get a good recovery for the client. I would certainly recommend him and his firm.
