Michael Katz was very professional, Katz & Associates Law Office, and to the point. The entire thing took under 5 minutes because of the way he presented it. I definitely wouldn't have had the same results if I had gone by myself. Ticket appealed so I don't have to pay it and it doesn't hit my insurance. Very happy and many many thanks!

I am writing this review so others who feel they are trapped in what appears to be an impossible situation will seek council. I was way underwater on my home mortgage as I purchased my home at the peak of the market just prior to the crash. With retirement approaching and income falling I realized that I would never pay off the mortgage and shortly would not even be able to afford it. I called fearing they would not even be able to do anything as I was still working and my payments were basically up to date. That is when my wife and I lives turned around. It did not take long before we retained Katz and Associates and were introduced to his team of professionals. They guided us through the process and were there to support and answer any and all questions quickly. The firm has been with us since day one of going into foreclosure and they've been with us throughout the short sale process almost 3 years now if not longer. We appreciated all their hard work and effort in dealing with us though sometimes nerve wracking they've understood completely and explained everything over and over again. I definitely recommend them for all foreclosure and reality needs.
