Amazing job and craftsmanship! I brought over an old beaten up sofa and they gave it an even better new life. They made the seat extra comfortable to sit on. They lined up all the herringbone pattern at the seams and edges. Very happy customer :

mediocre quality. when i raised a couple of issues with the workmanship to them, the elderly lady who works there took offense. she instructed the young man there to reject the additional work i brought to them saying they would not be able to satisfy me. i think that bringing dirty/smudged upholstery to their attention on brand new upholstery they had just put on, as well as the fact that the fabric was not laying flat as one would expect are reasonable issues to raise. apparently not. plenty of other, more competent upholsterers in houston!

Worst experience ever, took a 1960s designer name sofa to be reupholstered and repaired they decided to completely change the cushions without even contacting me first. old cushions were bad and unusable, but they did not even use those as template to replace The workmanship and details on the underside of sofa very mediocre as the other review suggests. When pointed out that cushions were changed the lady called me a liar and said there were more cushions and I was wrong, flat out argued with me!!!! DO NOT use these guys EVER!!!!

Margarita Gonzalez is an owner at another furniture business. She wanted to hire us to redo a project that she took but cannot complete. The price that she wanted us to do the project was not acceptable to us. We told her that the price was too low for us and that we cannot accept the project. She was upset at us for not redoing a project that she cannot complete at her competing business.

We have been using Hein Lam for upholstery for the past 25+ years. Their work is perfection. We have had many items reupholstered. They also make gorgeous headboards and furniture.

I contacted them in advanced well over a month ago, sent pictures via email as instructed, and NEVER received a response. Won't pick my calls nor respond after forwarding my original reply

Very unprofessional people, the person that was working very rude. started making comments about hispanic labors weather they pay taxes or about cheap labor things that were so uncalled for never recommend doing business there..

Brought a Milo Baughman sofa to get reupholstered. Did an amazing job, fast turn around time and helped me load it and tie it down. Will be bringing back more pieces in the future.
