The service and furniture options are top notch at High Fashion Home! From the minute I walked into their store, it was welcoming and the sales reps were not pushy. They gave great advice on pieces for my living room. I love all the pieces purchased from HFH, the quality is good and looks amazing! The delivery team was very careful and made sure everything was in order before leaving. I highly recommend High Fashion Home for all your furniture and accessories needs!

It took almost 12 weeks until my two couches arrived, but I will say it was worth waiting. The leather has a beautiful shine, everything looks sturdy and well made. The couches have transformed my living room. I have a large golden retriever and put some covers to protect the leather. It's so comfy to sit or lay on. They're extra long and we family of 7 all fit. I'm very pleased with the decision to purchase from HFH.

Fashionable furniture and art, yes. Had a couple of sales people offer their assistance while eyebrows to the store, which was appreciated. I can’t see myself purchasing furniture from the store because upon closer inspection, none of it seemed to be solid wood / sturdy. Most of it seemed hollow and like furniture that would not stand the test of time in my household. There were some dining chairs that seemed more solid than others. I did appreciate their vast selection of rugs on display in this huge, 4-floor building. I do think they should add accessible price tags to them though because none of them were labeled and you had to look it up on your phone which is time-consuming. I did love a lot of the art pieces on display. Not the typical kind of stuff you see at a furniture store, which I liked. I like the pieces with dimension and subtle elegance such as the one I am attaching. Overall, I might return for a rug or art piece but not for big furniture pieces.

We bought about 59 pieces from High Fashion we ordered early so they waited for us to ship furniture half way cross country. Mary was our sales person. She was patient and kept us updated on all items arriving to the warehouse. All items were delivered as agreed. 98% of items were as ordered and no damage. Not bad in my opinion considering how many items were delivered. Most damage actually came from the delivery workers. The items we purchased were very good quality and very heavy. I guess I can give the delivery guy's a break since it was about 100 degrees outside and took about 8 hours to assemble item's. Prices were a little high but we compared the prices to other sites and High Fashion prices were lower. So far the claims department has done a very good job on filing the claims for the damaged items. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I absolutely love high fashion home! They have the sexiest furniture! And it’s so well made! I love their designs and the ability to customize the pieces! This is hands down the best place to furnish your home in houston!

Custom ordered the Decker swivel chair and was told to expect the delivery at the end of June. To my excitement it was delivered on June 1!!!! It was such surprise because because lately the norm is to get a message saying my order has been delayed or even canceled. The entire process with High Fashion Home was incredibly smooth…from picking out fabric to the very professional delivery itself! I absolutely love she chair! It is sturdy and well made while still looking elegant and modern. I love it!!!

Excellent service. Stop by the store looking a a leather Couch. I was looking for an ideal John Paul was en excellent helper. I decided to purchase it. He offered me a great service. Thank you, John Paul! For everything you did to make my purchase so easy!

Furniture quality is decent but took way too long for delivery. Ordered in February and got delivery in mid June. Also, the sales person that helped me was nice but the minute it was time to close the store employees wanted to kick us out. Very strange as we bought lot of furniture. So customer courtesy is definitely lacking

Almost my entire house is with High Fashion Home furniture from lighting, sofa sets, the dining room set, and the bedroom set. First of all, the coffee table for my living room set was delayed an entire month from the original delivery date and came with a broken corner. I informed the delivery person and he advised me to talk to the people at High Fashion Home, which I did and that person told me they will replace it, but I haven’t heard from them since. Moving on to the dining room set, I paid almost $1000 for the light for my dining room and after a year, 2 of the globular light bulb glasses fell off on its own with the end of the bulb still attached to the light. It is a manufacture defect and safety issue. Luckily, nobody was harmed, but it was dangerous, making it unsafe to sit at my own dining room table. I asked them if it’s still under warranty since I had bought it little over a year ago already and they said no warranty. I asked them for the name of the manufacture and the model number and information so I can contact the company directly but I was ignored. I also bought a set of lights for my foyer with a very high ceiling. It is similar to the light design in my dining room area and now I am worried about those bulb glasses dropping too. They are selling high end furniture but their customer service and quality of the furniture they sell are awful.

Always high quality and different prices. I think the people complaining about customer service is a bit much lol. They know alot of people just look. They are friendly and if you have any questions they are willing to help. People want that cheap Ashley furniture treatment where the sales person comes every 10 minutes you are there. I hate that and think most people prefer a unbothered experience.Top notch peices seriously.
