My husband and I rented a property from Lisa for 1 year and had a great experience. She was kind, friendly, attentive, and responsive. It was a great place, too. We would have stayed longer if we weren't moving out of state. We also really liked the contractors she worked with for some repairs and maintenance Todd, Arturo.

Lisa is a real person, unlike many of the corporate management companies. She has amazing relationships with contractors who have vocalized how much they like working with her for many years, something essential to any successful management. There may be a time where she needs reminding, but that is the human element of the management. She will respond to you immediately, within the hour if not sooner and on weekends. Lisa is clearly experienced with managing properties around Portland, especially older houses that need that special care and she knows just the right people for the job. When I first moved into my last place, she had just taken over the management. There were squirrels in the attic eating the electrical and she immediately had pest control out. There was also confusion on a private porch that was advertised which ended up being shared, but she navigated the situation diplomatically with the owner and adjusted the rent accordingly. I will never forget how nervous I was a months into my tenancy to mention some of the other issues with the unit, and when I got a response it was no biggie, and the issues were taken care of very quickly. There were some other hiccups in the tenancy, but I could see that Lisa's hands were tied by the property owner who seemed to prevent her from doing the very job she was hired for. Unfortunately it is the middle man who receives the frustrations from the tenants, but Lisa is clearly level-headed and was able to take feedback and communicate it with the owner, making sure the work that needed to be done would be completed. I have since moved out of renting and into a house my partner and I bought, but if I ever needed to rent again, I would definitely be connecting with Lisa. Lisa is a good person, making her a very reasonable property manager with integrity.

Overall was a great landlord but when it came time for us to move she got real nasty. They tried to charge us for window blinds. There weren’t any when we moved in I bought all of them. She tried to charge us to repaint after we lived there for two years. And several other BS things. Probably the worst landlord I’ve ever had all in all.

High Five Properties/Lisa is our landlord and has been for over a year. It's been a great rental experience for us. Our house flooded during a heavy rainstorm last year, and they did everything in their power to deal with the damage. They're very responsive and kind people. We're happy living here!

Lisa is the best landlord I have ever rented from. Prompt in responding to questions or problems and extremely understanding as well. Any fix we have had to request is handled above and beyond what we have expected. I have referred friends to her who are very pleased as well.
