High Fly Travel

I give four stars to the co owner Aisha. In 15 years she has given my family and I great service. I couldn’t complain about her a bit. Even after I paid her the customer support was great. I don’t know about anyone else at the agency, but if you do buy tickets from this agency, she is the lady to go to

Oh my god I have no words for them thay seen like nice people but they liye on your face an customer service is blow o .. on their Mistakes thay don't feel sorry.. the woman work their she is the werse for that business and her English .how may hump u .sorry not help. God bless America....

Can't give them even a single star if I could. I booked tickets and everything seems great. However, I could not do online check in as the website of my air line could not find the tickets. I call the travel agent and they say everything is fine, you have to go in person and check in!!! End of chapter 1. On my way back, it took me 2 hours to do "in person" check in because again the ticket numbers don't match. On inquiring with the Air line's office (in person) they explained that the travel agents are supposed to sync/update with their portal which was not done. I had to pull out emails from my phone and provide ticket numbers. Since this was not done, I was offered 4 different seats in 4 different rows for a family of 5 with an infant!!! I have never faces such situation, and I can not forget this experience. Its true that the complete professional and courteous looking staff changes into something entirely different, once payment is made.

Please I ask all who are reading this not to buy your tickets from these crooks. They will really screw everything up. Dum and dumber are here. Stay away and go elsewhere!! This is the worst place to buy your tickets!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO BUY A TICKET. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND SO IS THE WIFE. THE WORST PLACE.WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT! WORST TRAVEL AGENTS IN THE TRI STATE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ANY COSTS!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU...STAY AWAY AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE..YOU WILL THANK ME!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
