Liberty Travel

Awful experience with Liberty Travel. The agent that handled our trip booked the wrong dates for our hotel and transportation (basically the worst mistake a travel agent can make) so we ended up in a terrible room since the upgraded room that we reserved was unavailable and we were majorly inconvenienced, spending nearly 4 hours of the first day of our three day trip dealing with the fallout of her mistake. While we were there communication was excellent - "don't worry, we will take care of everything". Once we got home it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of refund. Ignored emails, no return phone calls. Finally I had to escalate things to corporate. All in almost 60 days to receive any resolution which was a pittance compared to the mistake. At this point I'm just glad to be done with it and I still haven't received a formal apology. I would not recommend Liberty Travel.

The representative Meagan never returns phone calls or emails.. I'm waiting for a refund, she's now moved to a different office..Please remember word of mouth and social media really hurt a business...So Meagan never mind about my refund.. lol...

Michael Bails is total awesome travel agent.!! Can't wait to plan another trip with him. Great trip with my fiancée! Thank you Mike! So glad I chose Metuchen liberty travel office .

Good service. The agent who helped us was great. We added a person at the last minute and was no problem.

Pretty knowledgeable. Needs more pamphlets on certain destinations, had 5 pamphlets on same location but didn't have one for Vegas.
