This is my second and last time at this establishment. We made reservations and upon arrival we waited by the designated sign that said "wait to be seated" but no one greeted us so we had to wait until finally someone came from the back. I told them that I had a reservation and there response was "Just find an open table." The staff was not friendly at all. We were able to find an open table and immediately noticed that the menu they had online and even the one they had via QR Code was incorrect. Our server was not knowledgeable on the wine selections or food items. I wanted to get a specific entree but I was told that they no longer serve it, even though it was on the menu. Our waiter was not attentive and told us that they didn't have many items that was on the menu. I settled for the Oaxacan Chili Wings and it was not good. The waiter told me not to get the Guajillo Chili Sauce and Lemon Zest sauce added because it wasn't good and I'm glad I listened. The food was subpar. Also I didn't like that 20% gratuity was added plus they did not validate so we had to pay a high price for parking. I was disappointed at the service and lack of preparation from this restaurant.
Austin absolutely CRUSHED as a bartender. He’s creative, innovative, fun, and engaging. We tried a myriad of cocktails on and off menu that he crafted. A wonderful time and great company. If we are ever back in Atlanta we will be coming back.
Wow! I'm amazed at the negative reviews. Entertained a friend here and everything was impeccable. From the cocktails to the food and the music was on point. It was a diverse crowd with easy seating granted we arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday, and our server was amazing. He was very honest about food he thought we'd like and food we could bypass and also honest that the tip was included in the bill. I think this place gets so many negative reviews because people aren't aware too is included until they get home. Also my friend ordered mock tails and was told that it had to be bartenders choice of drink, but it worked out as she loved the taste of every drink they brought out for her. Again, we arrived on a Saturday at 7:30 so our experience was shaped around an earlier arrival. I've been on a Tuesday around 8 and had a similar experience but the music wasn't as lit as the Saturday.
Let me start by saying the waitress was nice but that is where the niceness stops! The view is other buildings, not the city. We moved from closer by the to the couches by the gate. It was dark, the furniture was very low to the ground and there were Waterbury, yes the big brown Waterbury. It was at least 3 families of them running around. We had to keep shooing them away. The food was terrible, the burger was decent. My sister is vegetarian and her only options were French fries, kale salad, dip or some type of peppers. Ordered the peppers and they were so nasty we had to send them back. The atmosphere was very corporate feeling. We Googled roof top bars and settled on this one over the other 10 and I will not make that mistake again.
Me and my colleague had dinner and drinks at the bar. We've been in Midtown Atlanta since last Sunday. Excellent food and cocktails! Even better bartenders and servers! Going back on Thursday night for the Southern fried chicken... Can't wait!
Great place for a cocktail party the night before our Wedding. Mia and her team did an amazing job making sure our speciality drinks, desserts and space were set up in advance. Would highly recommend!
Fun atmosphere! Delicious drinks! Summer Smash was a hit!!
Fantastic bartender and amazing atmosphere. Austin gave us superb service and made us feel welcome and at home. Highly recommend!!
Very nice cool rooftop spot but the customer service is horrible. For them to have a Nice busy spot they had only 1 Bartender so it took forever to order drinks and you never see a waiter to order food. Their missing out on a ton of money just because of those two issues.
Absolutely horrible experience at this venue, will not be back! The evening started with a horribly rude encounter with the host who had us moved between 3 locations only to force us to sit at a table in the direct sun. We were entertaining clients so we begrudgingly took the table. The server was pleasant but as soon as we were finishing up the host sent the bus boy to our table to COMPLETELY bus the table while we were sitting there!! I understand pre bussing, but this was not it! I’m talking removal of everything from the table, making us lift our bags to clean under them and wiping crumbs on us. I’ve worked in the service industry and this experience was completely the opposite of hospitable dining service. After spending $400+ on a happy hour we expected to be treated a bit better. Myself and my colleagues host many events in the city, and will never recommend this place to anyone. The views also suck and the food was sub par and overpriced. 0/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy being treated like a stray dog and overpaying for mediocre food/drinks!
