I absolutely loved my experience at Higher Dose. I love that we are given a spacious private room with plenty of space to change and a nice big washroom with shower. There are so many unique curated touches that add to the experience such as the mood lighting, the charcoal water, the tea tree soaps in the shower etc. In addition, Jesenia welcomed us and showed us around the space upon arrival, she did an excellent job she was well informed and very sweet. I have been regularly booking infrared saunas since my first visit here, I highly recommend checking out Higher Dose.

I recently ordered a sauna blanket from Higher Dose and the blanket arrived in its original box which was quite damaged and leaving the blanket partially exposed. I tried to reach Customer Service by phone and could never reach anyone. I would leave messages for them to call me back but they never did. They did email me back but trying to communicate by email has not worked for me and I had mentioned that to them. We have gone back and forth with emails which is very frustrating. I finally got hold of Bridget who works in the sauna and she helps with the clients there. She has been a godsend by going back and forth between her clients and the online customer service which she shouldn’t have to do because it’s not her responsibility. Nevertheless she has been a great help for me and helping me with my customer service issues. I finally got everything resolved through Bridget’s help. Bridget told me that she spoke to the people at online customer service and that they should be improving their communication. Thank you again, Bridget! You are my hero!

Hi! Higherdose is great! Although the very unfriendly staff. The older 30's/40's women that sits at the front on her personal phone on calls that makes you feel very bothersome when you arrive to your appointment and after when I was looking to reschedule. The actual saunas are great, clean, and great products. But, the staff really takes away from the experience and I rarely ever feel uncomfortable by the way staff act. I hope this gets fixed. Maybe another location's staff is better.

I had a my second session last week. There are Berkey waterfilters in the rooms with the infrared sauna. I drank 2 glasses to ensure I was well hydrated. After 30 min was over I went to the bathroom to shower and change. Began getting abdominal cramps to severe I had to lie on the bathroom floor with my wraps still on. I don't know how long I was there but my 12 pm appointment ended at 2:30 pm. When I was finally able to get myself into the shower and dressed. What was really distressing, was that no one came to check up on me. I had been there in May where I had the sauna first and was with the practitioner until the end. This new set up left me alone after the sauna. It could have ended a lot worse. I went to the front desk and she dismissed my insertion that the filtered water standing in high temperatures would be a source of bacteria. She simply asked if I was going to leave a tip for the practitioner. When I told her that it was taken care of she seemed upset. Because I didn't think the practitioner got any of the tips she collected, I gave her one the last time and left with that feeling. This was a frightening experience and will not recommend or return to this establishment.

Love HigherDose! What an amazing experience. I tried the lymphatic massage and facial and was in pure heaven. Everything from the space to the experience was 10/10. Micaela literally has the hands of an angel and we started with a wonderful facial that included facial cupping, lymphatic drainage, and gua sha. We then moved onto the massage which she talked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I even fell asleep for a few minutes. We then finished with 30minutes in the sauna which was a perfect wrap up to any spa day. I learned so much, felt so relaxed, glowy, and healthy. Couldn't recommend Higherdose and especially Micaela more.

I went last Friday for the first time with a friend for the quick DOSE of 30 minutes to the Howard Hotel location. I have to say we had a magnificent experience. Brigitte guided and explained the process. AMAZING results after one session. I slept 10 hours! I barely sleep 5 hours a day due to stress. My skin looks amazingly soft and glow. Absolute relaxed after only 30 min. We would like to come back again and get if possible so kind of package for more sessions!

I’m completely hooked on the saunas here at HigherDOSE. I’ve tried all of their offerings and they are all amazing. The staff is also so welcoming and helpful!

I do not recommend the sauna blanket. I just received my sauna blanket Tuesday. It came very defective. The numbers on the controller are glitching. It did not heat up at all. Also the zipper at the bottom was already coming apart. Super disappointed in this product and company. They make you think you’re buying something very high end when it is not. The customer service is really bad. I would expect a new blanket sent right away, since we are paying a lot of money for this “high end” product, but sadly that is not happening. Only one email saying it will be sent to to troubleshooting. Also no one answers the phone for customer service.

my favorite fix! i am addicted. i enjoy coming solo for a detox and recently my partner has been joining me to come every 2 weeks. this is my go to. i only wish there were more locations :

Nice infrarsd sauna in a hotel suite! Great for 1 hour of full relaxation . I would add an armchair in the suite
