Highland Park BP

I've been getting my car serviced here since I could drive. The staff is amazing through and through, old and new. They're incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward and honest. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a tire leaking air ran over a nail apparently, and they fixed it quickly! Everyone was so kind, which I really appreciated since I was pretty anxious about the tire and being able to get back to work. Thank you!

Stopped here on a very cold day when one of my tires was almost flat, they didn’t have their outside air pump running but they graciously said they would pull my car into the shop and fill up my tire. Not only did they fill up just that tire, they filled all 4 of my tires with air and washed my windshields as well. So thankful to randomly stop here and get amazing service, will definitely be back when my car needs service done.

Pumps were slow as hell, took 10 min to pump a gallon. And the vacuum and tire pump were out of order.

Need a mechanic? Look no further. I needed an oil change, a serpentine belt replaced, a complicated bulb replacement and a control arm replaced. Other mechanics I went to charged double what Highland Park BP charged me. Oh, but how long will it take to get your car back? I had all that work done, and they finished it within two hours. Oh, and to put a little cherry on top, there is a car wash there and they run your car through it so it's sparkling too, on the house. Need a little more convincing? How about the fact that the place is clean, great part of town, incredible and neighborly customer service. I'm pretty sure they make up won't they don't get in margin through repeat business. All three bays were running every time I've been through there. Just a team of disciplined mechanics doing honest work.

I live in Woodbury, but have all my service done at Highland Park BP. The team working there, are very friendly and ensure the job is done on time and with a "free" car wash. If you're looking for a very personable, professional service shop, this is definitely the place to go.

Stopped in here for their Fall Car Care Package. My technician, John, Did his full inspection, changed out all the fluids, and gave me a run down of suggested repairs. Of all he recommended, I asked him only to go with the brake adjustments for now. The price was reasonable, and driving my car home later, I found they felt quite secure. A quality little shop. I'll definitely be going back there for my automotive needs. The neighborhood they're in is quite nice, too.

Spent over $500 for brakes on a Jeep Liberty. They lied about rooters and pads being bad. And truck still does not stop correctly. I tried to call to mitigate the issue and was given the run around. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

Can't thank these guys enough, pulled out of my garage with a flat driver side rear tire. They took care of me on the spot. Removed a screw from my flat, patched the tire and sent me on my way in less than 20 min total time! Cheers Guys, Thanks so much!

Excellent service. I stopped in here to get a head light bulb changed. The staff was extremely nice. They did not carry the bulb i needed but they were very quick to get one. The staff at this location were great and made me feel like i was important even tho i was there for such a quick and easy light change.
