Highway Trailer Sales

We just bought a new R-Pod 153, what a cool camper. This thing has every thing. Its a smaller camper, but for me and my wife it is perfect. It tows great. The people at HTS are the best. They had the camper ready when we got there to pick it up. They went over all of the functions in and out, including hook-up. I highly recommend these guys.

Ended up not buying here. The salesman just wanted to sell anything vs what we wanted. We were made to feel bad about the price agreed upon how little profit they were making….yeah right! then they wouldn’t provide the free batteries they have advertised all over the dealership due to the ‘low profit’ on the trailer. The salesman had told us minutes earlier what a record profit year 2021 was for them. We won’t be contributing to their 2022 profits. Ended up heading south to Eugene/junction city area to purchase. Great price negotiated without making us feel bad, and a free battery even when I didn’t want one at all.

My Wife and I went to “look” at a used class A rv, in September of 2020. We went and fell in love with a 2018 Thor ACE, with less than 5000 miles. We went through it and the sales guy said that it would be cleaned and make sure everything would be in working order, to our liking, all questions will be answered, and that we have 30 days to make sure EVERYTHING is working! Well when we went to get it we had some young guy who didn’t know ANYTHING about the RV, because they usually only sell trailers. I said they all have black and gray tanks can you go through the process of doing it, it was like I wanted to pull his teeth! We got the head service guy, and he kept saying we usually sell trailers...when we got inside it was dirty so dirty we couldn’t believe it! Asked that we wanted it cleaned. They sent in the first guy we dealt with, and he didn’t have a mask on! Thanks that did work was not working and the service department kept saying, yep you guessed it, “ we don’t usually sell RVs only trailers!” We went to another RV seller!

We just picked up our new travel trailer, and we are very happy with the way it went. Nathan was a great and very patient sales person who helped us with finding the best fit for our needs even after changing our minds after our first choice. . Mark, the tech who did the walk through and instructions on all the different systems in the trailer, did a great job and made sure that the things that needed fixing was done before we drove off. Ryan who did all the paperwork was just as nice and efficient as the other guys we interacted with, so all in all, we are, so far, very happy that we chose Highway Trailer Sales for the purchase of the new trailer.

Just bought my first trailer and had an amazing experience with these guys! They listened to me and wanted me to be happy really happy people first place. These guys aren't pushy sales people, I feel like I'm part of the family now and know who to call with any questions I have. Also love that they are a one stop shop, you can buy your trailer, get items needed for the inside and out, and go to them for any repairs!

Me and my wife just purchased our first camper trailer. Our experience was great nobody pushed us to buy anything. They aloud us to look at everything on the lot answered all of our questions and were very helpful. We fist went in looking about a month before we made our purchase . We had checked other places but no one came close to the people here. Nathen was great not pushy at all and helpful with everything every step of the way. We found the entire staff helpful and friendly and always will to answer any questions without talking in circles. This place is the best. Just wish I could give them more than 5 star review.

We broke our driver side mirror and needed a quick replacement to get us home. Emery in parts was extremely helpful with ideas, so we stopped in. Justin, in the service department came out and was able to help us put something together to help us make it the rest of the way home. Thank you to everyone for being so friendly and helpful.
