Went to look at travel trailers and Randy, our salesman, was awesome. He actually took the time to listen to our needs and wants. We found what we wanted and Randy answered all our questions and made it easy to do a trade in and sale. Thank you Roberson and Randy. Can't wait to pick it up.

Customer service in the service department was below par and I will take my business back to B. Young. I like to work with companies that make me feel like my business is important. Roberson service department made me feel like my money was more important than my business.

Way to expensive and not very helpful. Once you buy good luck on any help after that. Been waiting 3 months for my warranty refund.

They answered the phone. They looked for the part. Had it for me the next day. I went there to pick it up at the time they said. And, guess what, it was there! I walked out with it - a happy customer. That's a 5 in my book.
