Hilton Garden Inn Conway

So so hotel with a mediocre breakfast. Staff is terrific but can't make up for sub quality hotel. Bed was too soft and uneven. Light bulbs burnt out. Wall paint peeling just above brand new shower enclosure. Refrigerator had a pulsing hum that sounded like an animal. Deeper pulsing hum coming from somewhere in the hotel. Thin walls so you could hear everything next door and above. Will not return.

The reception staff at the front desk of this hotel are unbelievable!!! They are super nice and they just go above and beyond your expectations to try to please you and resolve your issues. The only reason they got three stars, it's because of the lack of maintenance in some areas of the hotel. The lobby area with the fireplace are very nice, clean, comfortable with plenty of fresh coffee and water. The breakfast while it's not free it's also very good and worth every penny. They also have a small bar downstairs, a pool and workout room. The beds are relatively new so they are comfortable. The rooms and parts of the hallways can use new carpeting. I also think housekeeping needs to look up once in awhile and report any damage on walls or ceilings to management so they can fix them.

Attendant at the front desk is by herself so there was a line to check in. There was a constant noise in the lobby and when you looked around for where it was coming from it was up in the ceiling and the ceiling tiles were open , the carpet is buckling, the elevator was extremely noisy next to our room and they had no room equal to ours to move us and the refrigerator was so constantly noisy we had to unplug it. This hotel definitely needs work!!! As a diamond Hilton member I was very disappointed in this hotel.P.S. how many hotel rooms don't have an extra roll of toilet paper for the bathroom?

Pretty good, we had the breakfast buffet that was a step up from a hotel with a "good" continental breakfast, we enjoyed the small lunch buffet, and one night enjoyed the dinner buffet which was chicken fajitas with all the extra toppings! It was flavored very Well! This hotel was close to shopping and dining options! Great staff, very nice atmosphere! We ate at Papacitos one night which isn't far from the hotel and enjoyed excellent food! Will go back to Papacitos again when in Dallas! All in all, good experience all way around!

Very clean quiet place. Everyone was friendly and polite. Very good food at the grill there. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean
