Little Rock Marriott

Pure disappointment. Housekeeping was inadequate - we had to request cleaning at 5 pm and at 11 pm it still wasn't cleaned. When they finally cleaned our room they failed to remove dirty dishes, clean the bathroom sink and replace towels. No refrigerator in room. Waiter was rude when we ordered breakfast. Food took 30 minutes to come out. $20 Room service was half a sandwich with our forgotten side. Staff was slow and unfriendly. Won't be back.

The little Rock Marriott was absolutely beautiful. It has a very open lobby with marble and clean cut edges everywhere. The rooms match the lobby with the modern vibe and modern toned colors that make any professional feel inspired. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a fridge in the room and I was also woken up by the housekeeper at 8:00am on a Sunday. Make sure to put your privacy tags on early!

I stayed one night at this very nice hotel; alas, I did not remember to pack my iPhone charging cord when I left. I called back to check to see if it had been turned into Lost and Found. It had not, but I was told to check back again. I called back again the next day and talked to Mr. John Curry, head of Security. He took my number so that if he found it, he could call me. The next day, he called and said he had found it and would FedEx it to me without charge. This type of service deserves to be recognized. Thank you again, Mr. Curry!

Not the best Starbucks experience,but at least it is just a walk away from the room. Staff is friendly, and rooms are nice. Not the coolest bathrooms or showers, but they work. If they ever do a renovation, hope they will put walk in showers.. would be nice if they made this into a JW Marriott. Overall good place to stay, just would like to see it upgraded.

The employees were excited to help me navigate booking and billing and any problems I had were resolved with no hassle. This was the best experience I have had with any hotel and would highly recommend booking with them. They are also positioned in the middle of downtown so dining and museums were well within walking distance. Book with them if you plan to go to Little Rock! :)
