Checked in to the Holiday Inn Presidential as a walk-in guest while my wife and I were driving from Ohio to Texas. We checked in around 11:10pm when we stopped for the night. We were given room 420. We started unpacking and preparing to get some much-needed sleep. When my wife pulled back the covers to get in bed, she found 4 different stains that appeared to be semen. We called the front desk at around 11:45pm to inform them of the situation. The desk manager offered us a different room. However, we had already unpacked, so we requested someone to come change the sheets to prevent having to pack back up. The desk manager said he would send someone right away. At 12:25am, no one had arrived. I called the front desk to find out what was taking so long, and was told the person who could change the sheets was at the airport, and we were waiting for him to return. I told the desk manager that rather than wait any longer, we would pack our belongings and come get a new room.
Now I understand that we arrived late at night, and that most hotels don't have a robust night staff, but this is a failure on quite a few levels
1. Housekeeping failed to inspect the sheets and change them. Absolutely disgusting, and I can't even be certain the sheets in the new room were changed or cleaned.
2. Night shift had no means of readily changing the sheets.
3. Night manager was apparently unaware where certain members of the staff were. How does someone go to the airport without informing the manager?
4. Because night manager was not aware of location of the staff, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes to ultimately have to change rooms anyway. If the manager knew where his staff was, he could have informed us how long waiting on new sheets would take, which would have prompted us to change rooms in the first place.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, as is the cleanliness of the hotel.

Nice modern aesthetic to the rooms. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Room rates were competitive. Carpets are a little stained in just a few spots but that's our only mild complaint. Would recommend.

As always, presidential never fails me :) the front desk clerk made sure my mom and I had everything we needed. The room was emmaculate and the staff were all friendly and helpful when trying to navigate the city.
The location of this hotel is extremely convenient. You're within walking distance of downtown and the hotel has a shuttle. Everything else is merely 10 minutes away via interstate and it's in a safe part of little rock.
I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but this was my mom's first. She loved it and loves little rock, now :) we are so excited to come back!

The hotel has a modern veneer on top of an old, dirty, poorly maintained building. The pool was closed. Our room was not properly cleaned at all. Surfaces were superficially wiped down, but deep levels of grime had built up on surfaces. The bathtub had rust-looking stains in the tile. The carpet had some stains. The one chair had signs that some kind of fluid had been spilled on it and we cleaned it ourselves so our child wouldn't touch it. The air conditioning unit rattled and was coming loose from the dry wall when any weight was put on it.
In conclusion, it did not feel like a clean place to stay. I've stayed in hostels and love motels in Asia that felt cleaner than this hotel. The location is great, if it were cheaper then it might be worth it.

Overall, pretty decent. Friendly staff, clean room. AC didn't work well, so room was a bit warm. It always irks me not having free breakfast... But overall decent stay.
