Excellent hotel! The staff was super friendly, hotel was very clean and beautiful. Nice decor throughout hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar. The valet guys at the front was very helpful as well as the shuttle drivers. We scheduled a shuttle ride to a nearby concert and since we told them in advance that we needed a ride back, it was no problem. We called when the concert was over and they arrived within 10 minutes. If I travel back to LR, I’ll definitely be staying at this location again.
Everything from the valet service to the housekeeping keeps us coming back to this location when we are in Little Rock. Also the location is amazing! Great music and food at several locations within walking distance! The front service desk staff always have smiles and are welcoming no matter the time, day or night. Stephen and his Valet team have always taken care of our vehicles and retrieve it with a smile. Our rooms are always fresh and clean so shout out to the housekeeping staff. Thanks!!
Several weeks ago we made reservations for three rooms. Two were queen rooms connected together, and the third a King could be anywhere. This was our 15 year old son’s birthday, and he had 5 friends staying with him. We were assured the two queen rooms were connected. When we arrived we were greeted by two workers that were not very accommodating and were rude. It turns out that they connected the king room with a queen room instead of the two queen rooms attached. We asked them numerous times about other options. They couldn’t seem to help us at all and refused to look at any other options. I asked for a manager. The manager showed up and stated they had no connecting rooms left. I asked if I canceled if we wouldn’t be charged and he stated we would be because they were being accommodating. That’s funny stuff!! So I then asked if they had a suite that would work. The supervisor stated yes they did. He stated we would have to pay the additional cost of almost $75.00. You would have thought being wrong about not having what we made reservations for, and not letting me cancel, they would have comped the difference. Then we asked about breakfast and he told us you can only get Two per room!! Wow!! Did I mention we are Hilton Honors members. Then the boys wanted to go swimming, however the pool is closed!! It gets better. We called and asked the bar restaurant if the Arkansas football game would be on, and they said yes it would. When we got up to the roof top bar they said it was only on pay per view and they were not going to get it. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Go to another hotel in the area if you can!!
This is the place to stay in downtown Little Rock. We moved from another establishment due to safety concerns and cleanliness and we are so glad that we switched. The rooms are clean clean clean and smell fresh. Lobby is bright, clean and welcoming. Valet is available if you desire. Surrounding area of the hotel is kept tidy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If you are visiting Little Rock this is the place to stay.
All the staff we interacted with were so nice! We had the two bedroom suit and it was perfect for us. I do think the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced because the wear and tear really is showing. Great location to what the city has to offer!
Everyone working at the Hotel was extraordinarily nice and helpful. In Everywhere the the hotel was clean and tidy. The restaurants were great. The location was perfect. I highly recommend visiting Little Rock and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. You will not be disappointed. It is conveniently located near the riverwalk, the rep theater, the museums, good restaurants and the William J. Clinton Library.
Had a nice time for an overnight stay. Had an issue with Expedia but it was all worked out. Lance was a great help in the situation. Rooms were very nice and clean. As well as the bathroom. Very nice staff greeted me in and out. I recommend Rooms: 5/5
Nicely furnished, clean rooms. Digital key worked flawlessly. Great amenities. My only gripe is the window in my room only had a veil shade - a light-blocking shade or blackout curtain is sorely needed, especially if your room is facing the 24/7 lit parking garage.Rooms: 3/5
Came into town for the Eagles concert. Hotel had a shuttle service to and from Simmons arena. We were dropped off close to arena and told they run shuttle all night and to come back to this spot. After concert we went back to spot and there were probably 15 people waiting for the shuttle. One couple with two little boys had been waiting for 20 minutes before we got there we all called the hotel but they said shuttle was on its way. It was in the low 50°F. We kept seeing Doubletree and holiday inn shuttles but none from Hilton. After waiting 30 more minutes we finally got a ride from a nice couple. When we left there were at least 20 people waiting. When we arrive back the front desk workee said his driver's had just came back without anyone and he sent them back out. I certainly would not want to be him when they all do get back. I'll be back here in February for another concert and I will not be staying here. It is a very nice hotel but when you say you provide shuttle service then you should.
Rooms are typical, nice as one would expect. Showed up early, wouldn't allow check in before 3 pm maybe they were truly full, who knows. Wifi didn't work without calling front desk to get promotional code for each device we wanted to connect. Breakfast is expensive for what it is, basically the free breakfast that you would get from most hotels but they bring it to you. $11 for one thin pancake and 2 pieces of bacon with potatoes on the side! Confusing too, as you EITHER get a la carte delivered to your table OR get the continental. Its confusing and the server is condescending when people ask questions as to how it works which everyone did. I witnessed the server charging extra for one person who grabbed a muffin from the plastic case. So I asked whether toast from the same case was included in what we ordered to be sure. Rather than answer my question, she said in a very condescending way " you grab your bread here put it in the toaster here, then be on your way". I wasn't charged for toast at least.
