HIP Fitness offers a workout that is unlike any other Pilates class in Houston. Powered by the Lagree Fitness method, our studio is equipped with state of the art Megaformer 3 machines.
This workout is a full body low impact, high intensity workout that will have you sweating, shaking, and working every muscle like never before. Each exercise is heart-pumping, muscle burning and body shaking. We encourage all of our clients to “embrace the shake” because that is where transformation happens.
Classes are limited to 10 clients per class, which allows for an engaging experience for everyone. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, motivating and offering modifications. HIP Fitness offers a whole body program that combines cardio, strength training, and much more.
Workouts are low impact but intense, efficient, and effective. Each move promotes flexibility and elasticity to help prevent injury. Strengthen, tighten, tone and elongate your body quickly and safely through 100s of different exercises. The energy is high, the music is loud, and the results are real.
