Pure Body Studio

I love Pure! I have been coming here for almost 6 years and it’s been the longest I’ve ever kept up with an exercise program. They truly have great instructors that pay attention to you and tailor the workouts to everyone’s fitness level. They have a variety of classic Pilates classes and offer high intensity workouts at the studio.

Pure Body Studio is my home away from home! All of the instructors are amazing and I've become so much stronger and more flexible since going to Pilates regularly. The instructors give great feedback and are excellent at tailoring the exercises to your specific needs. I'm so thankful I found Pure Body!

I LOVE Pure Body Studio. It has made such a difference in my life. Pure Body Studio is an all around great studio. The metabolic conditioning class is such a great work out. It is like a personal training class, working all parts of the body, and working them really hard! Jermaine is a great teacher and really personable!
