Carson is a great manager! He communicates well, and is a pleasure to work with.

Terrible place to live. I moved out after a year. They bait and switched my rent -- ended up paying $50/mo more than what I was told initially. They also kept most of my security deposit unfairly. Parking is horrible. If you decide to actually pay for a spot, you'll likely scratch your car trying to squeeze it into its spot or from others trying to park their cars. If you park outside, you'll likely get broken in to. There's broken glass all OVER the streets from car windows being shattered. This place isn't safe. There were several break ins reported INSIDE the building, in apartments. The staff is very slow returning any calls. I wouldn't recommend this place. Try looking in the Third Ward or Bay View. STAY AWAY!!

I know Teweles has had previous struggles but things have been much better lately--especially with the new CommonBond management. The building is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is awesome. Teweles is a nice place!

This is a very nice building, I love the layout of the apartments and the sense of community.
