Wonderful store have soooooooo many craft supplies you need. You get discounts on the supplies as well. Customer service is fabulous. No long lines either. Definitely will go back soon

I visited the Noblesville location right before Christmas ‘22. Inventory well stocked. All staff knowledgeable and helpful. Huge store & with their help found my list item quickly & check-out quick!

As a foreigner shopping in this decor jungle, I must admit this is above my expectations for the varieties of the products they offer. I have never been to such a big decor store and the shopping experience was pleasant!

It's always a great time at Hobby Lobby. I'm a Avid Crafter and Hobby Lobby suits me. I can find almost anything in the crafts areas that I'm looking for. Unlike some other stores the employees at Hobby Lobby are always busy working to stock the shelves, working to help customers, or whatever they're spossed to do. they're very good at what do. And for your information they are closed on Sunday so that they can go to church or whatever they want to do on the Lord's Day got to admire that.

I've had mixed experiences here. It all depends on which employees you encounter. Some trips go well where employees will go out of their way to help you. For example my wife and I went for a wreath bag and couldn't them with the holiday decor. One employee ran over to another department to find what we were looking for and brought it to us. Unfortunately my last few visits were not as insightful. I went to return a pre-cut piece of backing board with the original receipt, packaging, and undamaged product. The ladies at checkout were happy to do a return but wanted to verify with their manager that they were doing it correctly. The manager was curt with me and told me that it was a custom piece that they couldn't resell so they would only do the return this time and not again. I was ok with that I only wanted to return the one item. Since it was a pre-cut piece she wanted to go discuss with the framing department and told me to wait for a min. After 20-30min she had not returned. The kind ladies at the register called the framing department and had me talk to them in person. Framing department determined it was a simple return like I had originally planned. Getting a good experience at this location is hit or miss depending on which employees you encounter. Thank you to the ladies at the register and gentlemen at the framing department for helping me get on my way. As for the manager that day. I hope it was just a bad day. Hope you have a better week this week.

Nice place to buy stuff for decorations and other arts. Lots of options for festive decorations. Great place for quick decorative shopping
