41/2 years ago I was represented by Hodges, Doughty and Carson in a Civil matter that could have cost me everything. Joshua Ball did an awesome job defending me. He walked me though everything that we were going to face and treated me like family. His firm is blessed to have a great Attorney that works hard to get the job done and treats his clients with respect. I am so glad that Carson,Doughty,& Carson were there for me. Great Law Firm and most importantly a great staff .

Great phone demeanor, if the professionalism that I experienced on the phone asking them a quick question is any indication of their level of excellence, I would say this law firm is a good bet!

We Hired Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC in Feb 2017, for a case that was almost 2 years old and had been a long drawn out headache. Associate LYNDSEY L. LEE quickly resolved our issue and won the full amount we requested from the defendants within 30 days. 
But this review is not just about winning the case. 

The office was always very professional and they always followed through with everything they told me they were going to do, including messages and emails. The receptionist always asked us if we needed anything upon entering and was quick to have us seen. April was especially polite, prompt and efficient in carrying through with her task. 

Lyndsey Lee, herself never promised anything she couldn't stand by and always conducted herself with confidence and integrity. She never was condescending or pompous, even to the defendants during court. Her obvious wealth of knowledge and consideration for our situation keep her concentrated on the task at hand in a strategic manner which quickly ended a long time headache for us.

We recommend Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC and would not dream of using another attorney!

My experience in working with Josh Ball and Mabern Wall has been extraordinary. As well as being totally professional and excellent lawyers, they have been caring and concerned people while helping me with  my legal case. I was consulted, listened to, and kept informed every step of the way. They were by my side when I needed them and very committed to achieving the best possible result for me! I was treated as a valued friend, and that is the way I feel about them. I do not think you could find better lawyers to represent you.

Lawsuits can be scary things. They can be confusing and intimidating. Thankfully, the lawyers and staff at Hodges, Doughty & Carson are there to help you. Everybody was patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to explain everything not just to me, but to my wife as well, even over the phone. As much as I needed, when I needed, they had answers to my questions that were thorough and timely. They helped put me at ease with the legal process. I worked with Josh Bond and Josh Ball and their teams. They got me the best possible results I could hope for. Thank you to Josh Bond, Josh Ball, Mabern Wall, Terri Grigsby and Donna Murphy. You made a very difficult time for me and my family better. Thank you.
