I would highly recommend Joseph Fanduzz. He has done an outstanding job handling my daughter's case. He is an attorney that will go above and beyond for his clients. When I found myself facing serious charges and it became apparent that jail was a very real possibility, I wanted the best, most professional lawyer I could find who made me feel like he took my case seriously and put me at ease (as I was a nervous wreck). Joe was all these things for me. From the moment I was greeted by his friendly staff at his beautiful office I felt confidant that this was a lawyer who wins cases. After meeting with Joe, he made me feel so much better. He comes across very confidant, and makes you feel like there’s always something he can do or someone he can talk to. I knew I was still facing some serious charges, but knowing that he would be defending me in court took away the helpless, “me against them” feeling that comes with pending legal charges. Having Joe on my side I felt confidant, and when your life is resting on how well someone argues your case, confidence in that individual is paramount and provides for a better piece of mind throughout the ordeal. Joe ended up cutting a great deal with the DA in my case that I never would’ve gotten with a public defender. Hiring Joe was the first smart decision I had made in a long time, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to feel confident in their attorney!
