Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans Airport

Im giving it a 3 because the breakfast was plain - sausage and bacon was soak sitting in grease and the room doesn't have microwave, no coffee in breakfast area but there was orange juice. Other than that I would give it a 4.3. Stay was great. Front was super friendly. Housekeeper was awesome. Room was super clean

The location is actually great. The staff is friendly, clean rooms; but old hotel. Rooms need upgrade. Air system is definitely old, fan only mode. Theres no microwave in the rooms, cable goes off and on so my daughter didn't get to watch much. Overall rested comfortably

Great place to stay. They made our first trip to New Orleans amazing. The people that work there go above and beyond. They let us do a late check out and several people that work there asked us how our stay was going and if they could help make it better.

1 If I could give 0 stars I would. I star is too generous. This is OVERPRICED, don’t go. Be sure to keep your socks on or else your feet will turn black from the carpet dirt. NO breakfast even though it says “breakfast included” in Expedia.

Great location but old hotel. Many restaurants located nearby and quick access to the highway. The hotel needs some upgrades and modernization. Good option for the price. No airport shuttles available at the moment.

Friendly, courteous and welcoming staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, she was very knowledgeable and knew the area well.

Room was nice and newly renovated but the bar was out of almost everything beer and liquor wise. Being that can buy it anywhere at a store they should be stocked.

Donna from the restaurant was extremely hospitable to us as we were stranded in New Orleans due to a flight cancelation. After a horrible experience with our airline, it was so refreshing to experience some kindness.
