Ridgeway Banquet Facility

The reception hall was so beautiful. The food was amazing! The servers weee so nice and fun and did a great job! Our personal server, Desiree was fantastic! The DJ was awesome! We had such a great time. All our guest said it was one of the best wedding receptions they’ve ever been to, and could not get over how great the food was. Kathy was so so nice and so helpful and made it so easy with coordinating everything! Overall, this was a 20 out of 10 place to have a reception. I can’t thank Jeanne, Eric, Kathy and all the severs/workers enough for making our special night even more special! Thank you all again, Mark and Michele

Nice place for party or small wedding. Not enough parking, street parking is ok. Brunch food was mediocre. Staff was excellent!!

The venue is very spacious and with two bars and adequate staff there was never a line when getting a drink. The bathroom area was clean and placed at a perfect spot in the venue. There is ample parking across the street for big events. The venue is located in Old Metairie so its very safe and easy to find. The staff and management are very attentive and nice and both bartenders know their stuff and this really added to the experience.

I recently had my wedding reception here and I cannot recommend the Ridgeway enough. They were so easy to work with from day one and created a reception even better than I envisioned. They handled everything so I didn't have to worry about anything. Everyone had so much fun and the food was AMAZING!! Thank you so much again for making our night such a memorable one!

Nice place but not top notch reception food. When something on buffet line was empty it wasn't refilled in a timely manner. Not much pass around items or servers barely made it halfway through the room before their tray was empty. There sure were a lot of fried shrimp though.

I had been here when it was a Knights of Columbus hall or one of those, and I had my doubts about how it would look for our niece's reception but they did a great job redoing it and the food was delicious.

This is a wonderful venue to hold a event! The staff and food are amazing. From start to finish they were so awesome to work with. I received so many compliments on the food and the wait staff. You get a lot for your money. The place is really nice too. I cannot say enough. You will not regret choosing the Ridgeway of Old Metairie.

My brother had to move his wedding to September of this year from last year due to the pandemic. Then Hurricane Ida hit and the entire wedding day was in shambles. Their original reception hall couldn't honor their date anymore. In steps The Ridgeway and their team. Gave him the entire reception experience with over the top food and entertainment. Couldn't have asked for a better place during such a difficult time!

A nice place to have events, though I don't know that it will be as popular with a younger crowd as it is a bit old-fashioned, but in a good way. We had a surprise birthday party here and everything was seamless. The staff were perfect and went out of their way repeatedly to ensure that everyone has an amazing evening.
