I love my Jewel Lake Holiday gas station and there’s no place as convenient as this place near my house that’s opened 24/7. The service is amazing and very accommodating. And don’t mean to point this worker out, but Miranda stands out and deserves to me promoted to manager. Miranda is also easy on the eyes in the most professional and attractive way possible. Besides the point, Jewel Lake Holiday has everything I need and I wouldn’t say otherwise. Go Jewel Lake Holiday!

Inside the store is a normal holiday, bathroom is open and clean, fast service at counter, a normal pit stop for the neighborhood to fill your tank. I like it. Just avoid walking here, there's normally 1-3 sketchy people hanging outside for hours on the property at all times of the day.

I think my favorite thing about gas stations is the fact that they have types of candy that no one else in town carries from what I can tell. They usually have a fairly friendly staff. No bad experiences that I can remember...

Holiday is a staple for Alaskan residents but it's not always the best place. The food here is moderately okay for a gas station if you're very hungry and just need a quick bite to eat. There isn't a broad selection of items, just a few name brand items in great supply. The donut case and coffee stand could use some more sprucing up as the donut case always seems to be empty each time I visit. The employees are also not the friendliest as the interactions are always brief and nonchalant. Overall, Holiday is not the worst of gas stations but it is also not the best.

There is a manager that works in there that it was extremely rude to more than one customer at myself included. I know from experience that customers are not necessarily always right but at the same time being in a position of management or working in customer service if a customer is rude you do not engage in unprofessional and rude behavior back like I was so disgusted by this woman's behavior that I couldn't believe that she was allowed to work in a position of management with people for that fact. I've just had a traumatic experience happen to me and my family and mind you I wasn't rude but let's say I had been and she had engaged in my rude behavior with me that not knowing that I may have been acting like that because of my family's personal tragedy not excusing a behavior like that but at the same time I am excusing a behavior like that basically saying that her as a manager does it know what a customer's day has been like or what they're going through in their life at that time for them to possibly be an unpleasant customer and for her to be rude and nasty in response to that customer's behavior it's just absolutely disgusting and I can't possibly understand why she gets to wear that red shirt at holiday. I feel like no matter how rude or nasty a customer may get that a manager or even just a regular customer service attendant should not step out of their professionalism and talk to somebody the way that this woman was talking to again more than one customer and I'm more than one occasion there are ways to handle things and she did everything wrong which made my experience at holiday a negative one that day

Love this holiday.  Nice clean store.  Always has my top tobacco pouches in stock.  Up the road a bit but this is definitely a flagship holiday.
