Had an awesome tour today by one of the leasing agents. Didn’t get her name but it’s he one with the glasses that did my tour at 1. Super informal and nice, appreciate that she took the time.

I live here. I didn't have any tours as I came from out of state, but living here so far has been good.

Fire alarms being pulled by homeless people at night, property is stolen thousands of dollars stolen with no resources for help, expensive parking for stolen property, trash doesn’t schedule on time for pickup, homeless people sleeping in stairwells.

Edited after owner response: I have contacted the office and have been told to expect a response from a manager, which I have not received. It is disappointing that the only response I get is a generic one, and only when posted in a public forum.
