Home Escapes is a Great Company. I bought a house with a Tidal Fit Spa and they have been kind enough to maintain it for me as I had no idea how to do it and am older. BILL is MARVELOUS!

I had an outstanding experience shopping at Home Escapes and with installation of my spa. Rosanne is a delight to work with and very helpful with the workings of the spa. I've had many questions since the installation a few weeks ago and she has responded within a few hours. My caldera spa is awesome! The location also has an awesome selection of furniture and fire pits. They sell Sunbrella outdoor furniture which is the best in the world so I'd recommend you check those out as well. I hope to do more business with Home Escapes in the future!

If you are looking for quality and good price.I would highly recommend this place for patio furniture! If you go to this store... make sure to ask for Jackie! She was Excellent!! Not only friendly and helpful, but she answered all our questions within minutes. Never felt pressured!!

We had a great experience buying our spa from Home Escapes. Roseanne was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. She even answered emails on her day off. She also referred us to an experienced electrician who did a great job with the installation and setup. As a first time spa owner, it was nice to deal with such a helpful, professional group of people. Highly recommended.

We purchased a patio sofa set and the Caldera Geneva hut tub from Home Escapes and we are very happy with both. beyond the great products these guys provided excellent service through the process that included multiple site visits as well as getting us connected with excellent contractors and electricians. Rosanne was incredible throughout, as she assisted us by bringing contractors on site and getting us quotes before we committed to any purchase. The staff in the store is always happy to help and answer any questions. Delivery was exactly on time and as promised. so with great products and excellent service we highly recommend this store and the staff working there. and now excuse me while I go check the tub...
