"A New Orleans art and gift store that exclusively carries the work of small businesses located in the Deep South. We carry local art, handcrafted jewelry, pottery, fine art, t-shirts, workshops, paint parties and corporate gifts. We pride ourselves in being a small business that shops small and works with local businesses to create products in house that are available for wholesale. Owned by New Orleans artist Kristin Malone Johnson, we know and appreciate art. Take a ride on the red streetcar down the oak tree lined N Carrollton Ave and hop off at Orleans Avenue and you’ve arrived. We are where locals shop local.Shop with love. Shop with purpose. It’s a gem! Love the vibe and the uniquely NOLA feel of Home Malone. I find gifts here every time for the hardest people I have to shop for.
Great gift shop with local fare. Better than tourist trap.
Highly recommend! I shopped local for Christmas this year and they did not disappoint. I ordered several door hangers, which I am in love with. Gave some as gifts and kept some for myself. I also ordered a few art hangings and gave them as gifts. The recipients were very pleased! They have them displayed proudly in their homes.
This shop is amazing! The business sources work from local independent artists and small businesses. They support my business among 120+ others locally, selling my cards in their shop. Everyone who works there is very sweet, helpful, and kind. They have such great product selection at reasonable prices. Great for gift buying, goodies and decor for your own home. I just got a really fun illustrated NOLA cocktail recipe book online for my stepmom’s birthday and can’t wait to give it to her! Will definitely be back for other birthdays and the holidays.
I had the most pleasant experience venturing in this fabulous store. The store is so unique and all the personal touches really show. It's so great to walk into a locally owned store supporting other small businesses. Also love the hand painted wooden tiles. I've bought them as gifts and they were just so special. I look forward to shopping there the next time I'm in New Orleans!
Truly such a lovely local shop in every which way. They have such wonderful items and continually restock with new locally sourced pieces. Every experience I've had shopping in either location has been a pleasant one. I've also had the pleasure of taking a paint your NOLA class and loved it so much. Can't wait for future events!

Love Home Malone! They have awesome art, candles, jewelry and more. I have bought so many gifts for myself and others from here. It is hard to resist, I always want everything. It is a super cute little shop and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love that they support local artists.
Home Malone is an amazing place to shop. It’s full of the most unique goods from local makers and artisans. And I really love that the business is run by a local artist herself! I took two paint party classes here and had a blast. They also have the cutest gifts!
