Very difficult to get around in the store with a cart. The employees that I've seen on a regular basis there (most, not all) are completely unhelpful and recently would not hold a large furniture piece for 2 HOURS saying, "we have a no hold policy". After calling Aurora looking for the piece they said they would hold it, but I would have to come by store closing so off I went from the West side where I live to Aurora. N. Olmsted Home Goods and Aurora both said the hold policy is their own in Avon and is wrong that things should be held until closing. I will do my best to go to N. Olmsted and Aurora from now on and AVOID the Avon store.

Fantastic selection of name brand items (I especially love the bedding) for quite reasonable prices. They staff here is friendly and doesn't avoid you when looking for help. A great place for ideas or accessories.

Lots of items, very little maneuvering space! Don't get two people in the same isle. But I love it! It is a big indoor weather controlled garage sale!

I have never been to HomeGoods!!! Don't know how this post got on HomeGoods page when it should have been on Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh which is located near HomeGoods. I love shopping at Carter's and OshKosh B'Gosh for my 1 year old. They have a wide selection of clothes the prices are good when they have a sale going on.

They never have the items that are list on sale, it upsets me after I drove that long distance. Sheffield never answer their phone.
