I've been here on multiple occasions now. Their parts dept and the staff are good. Decent selection for pre owned bikes too. Price is a bit too high for my liking. Got service done at their shop too and I wasn't completely satisfied.
21OCT2022 Formely Four Stars- A fair and honest review. Went in for repairs. A list was provided from another location of what needed to be done at $115.00. Matt wanted to do another at around $225.00. Declined upsale. Spoke with Shaun, I would presume the Head Mechanic and was advised nothing would be missed on the list. Matt needed to type up what was already listed to HOH's format. Afforded Matt an opportunity to ensure everything on the bike matches up on the repair list. He declined in an attempt to justify another repair list though HOH, again at $225.00. Taking Shaun's word I gave HOH the job. 3 days later, was advised bike was ready for pick up. Odd the quick turnaround. Went to pick up my bike. Bike was not ready as things were missed on the repair list but was told that'll be $1100.00. I accepted the labor was a little higher than the other shop. Did not accept that Matt failed to take the opportunity to do a quick walk over in the beginning. Shaun apologized. 1 week later, yesterday, went to pick up the bike. Again, that'll be $1100.00. Nope, let's take a look first. Minor things needed to be done, i.e., rivet missing and cable ties replaced. Ronnie helped me out that day. Once satisfied, paid, and attempted to load up bike. Bike would not start. Waited 30 min for battery charging. Overall, Shaun and Ronnie were extremely helpful and patient. Matt just needs to work on customer to mechanic communication and customer service. Atmosphere was great. Thank you HOH. UPDATE: 23OCT2022 - Took my bike out for a spin. Heated grips stopped working. Looks like the wiring was zip tied too close to the engine. Mind you, I had them professionally installed at Kent Powersports in Selma, Texas. No bueno Honda of Houston Powersports. I even left out on my previous review both tires were at 28 pounds per square inch at pick up. This was before the cold. 50 point inspection was not conducted accurately or even at all given the previous missed things/issues.
Karina E. was beyond helpful and communicative every step of the way from me shopping to picking up my bike!! I naturally ask all the Qs & as a new rider - I felt she was patient and ensured I was comfortable with each step of the process. During pick up, I got a walk through in each dept., explained next steps, future maintenance etc.- appreciated the customer service. Great staff! I was recommended this dealership and want to pass on the rec. & great experience! Thanks guys for a seamless, stress free journey
Karina was great. Helped me buy my first bike. I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient and responds quickly to emails and phone calls.
Our experience was top notch from checking on the bike, price, and the speed in which they handled the transaction. Karina was fantastic from start to finish. Best salesperson ever. I've dealt with a few salespeople in my time, but none as a good as Karina who was a significant part in why we bought the bike. Thanks Karina!
Amazing service! their staff are very knowledgeable on the parts and service i need. Xavier always has a great attitude and helps me with my parts. Ask for Cody in service. He always takes care of my bike and keeps her in top shape and has spot on reccomendations for matinence. This will be my shop from here on out!
Natalie in Finance department made my visit smooth. She is very knowledgeable & went above and beyond with her service. She answered every question & doubt that I had. Highly recommend her if you plan to visit here.

Paiton Teall was my salesman on the day I came into Honda of Houston. I bought a rebel500 and he answered all my questions and help me out with all of the information for the bike. He was really kind, knowledgeable, and understanding for what I was looking for. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
