I am new to Charlotte and was worried about finding someone to do a major repair on my car. Honest 1 did an excellent job. It's been about 3 days and I'm very satisfied, as the issue seems to be fixed. They have a payment plan through a 3rd party vendor and that helped me tremendously, seeing as I wouldn't have to be without my car for an extended period of time. I can not say enough about the wonderful service I received at Honest-1 Auto Care. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to bring my car in and have it serviced that same day. I’ve come to this garage multiple times and usually I’m very happy with their service. I really like when the owner is actually here. My last experience was not very good. My brake light was staying on and took it in for the service. Pick it up drove it home and the brake light was still on which was killing my battery. George I think his name that’s impossible well I had a picture and video of it still being on when I got home. So I drove back to the garage - lucky I’m only about a mile away. One of the younger workers came out said he forgot to do something. Which I thought was unusual being that I was charge for the fix and they said it was completed. He did some quick fix to it. Spent another $1400 on some other items which is nothing to sneeze at… But I was kind of surprised that the George customer service guy at the front never said a word to me or apologized that I had to drive back with the same brake issues. Good customer service. Nice, clean location with a pleasant waiting area with complimentary coffee/water. The oil change took about 40 mins. I like that they didn’t overcharge and lock me into a higher price because of other “complimentary” services like other places that automatically include other services that are definitely reflected in the price without the option to decline those services. I had Honest 1 do 2 large jobs for my car. Motor mounts and an engine oil pan. They did very good work, communicated well and finished quickly. Mario was my service consultant. Very nice, thorough and professional. I would gladly return for future service.Service: Engine repair

Very clean and neat place, professional and friendly staff. I got inspection without an appointment very fast, got all the information I needed, even with power outage they still were able to provide a service and proceed with card payment. I received bad service at honest one. They seemed to be uninterested in fixing my car. I needed wheel bearings on a rear tire. They told me that I only needed one wheel fixed and told me the parts most of the time come twos. He asked me if I wanted to replace both rear wheels. Why would I if the other wheel is fine? I went there to get my brakes looked at. I took the day off to fix my car. The good news is there is a really good auto repair shops next to yours. I paid 48.00 for waiting my time in your shop. I noticed they had an angry older man working in the garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance
