Ham is always excellent. The prices are really steep. I don't know how long I can keep coming to this place. Prices will eventually turn me away & I hate this because their food is really good.Food: 5/5

This is our families place for our holiday ham. We have it every Christmas and Easter and we've never been disappointed. I also get the ham salad. I've tried to make it at home but unfortunately, there's never much ham left for me to make it with!!

These people are very rude You asked them a question And they get mad at you They need more help Better people to answer the telephone This is sad I would recommend nobody to buy here at this store rude workers who Answer the telephone

Ordering process was easy no issues. Pick up was not as crowded as expected. Because of Covid they were not allowed yo open ham packages so you could inspect. Had to do it outside and bring back in if not satisfied. Not sure that is the best way to operate. Ham was delicious.

Their hospitality and service is so very warm, helpful, and oh so friendly!!! I've had the pleasure of eating this delicious exquisite tasting ham and it's always been great. If you ever get a chance to try them I highly recommend them. I've never had to try any other items bit if their hams taste that great I'm pretty sure everything else in their establishment taste just as good if not better!!!!! Enjoy

Stopped by there today, unexpectedly...I'm glad that I did!!! They have the BEST Ham Salad Sandwiches and the Oatmeal Raisin cookie was awesome!!! Everyone there was super friendly!!! I will be back

We called asked what time the open on Christmas Eve was told 6:00 am when we got the 6 people in line ahead of us waiting outside which was no problem. When they did open which was almost 7:00 the woman told us if we didn’t have a ticket we would not be waited on. Which is not what they told us the day before.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Sandwich portions are about the same size as anywhere else and honestly the price was about the same as going to one of these "quick" sandwich places. The food however was way more impressive. I will go out of my way to visit this place anytime.

I Bought 2 ham bones to use for pinto beans.I trimmed some of the meat off the bone and put the bone in the crock pot along with the beans and water.They cooked about 10 hourskept the water level above the beans at all times.They turned out delicious.The meat fell off the bone during cooking.Yum,yum!! I paid $10 for 2 ham bones .I trimmed enough meat off one bone to make 3 nice sized sandwiches with plenty left on the bone for my pintos.That's a good value.

We have been a customer for years and usually getting 2 spiral cut hams per season for the family. Recently we had a issue with the ham and once i reached out to the support team, the GM Mr. Thomas Eversole called me personally to apologize and after listening to our concerns, he made it 100% right by us and it was resolved in 24 hours. We appreciate the outstanding support and will continue to be a HBH customer for years to come! Thank you.
