Tried to order for dine in. Saw several health violations while waiting. Time was around 4:30. Then heard thumping rap music coming from the back of restaurant. Was not going to listen to that if I ate there. I've never seen an employee working the counter in any fast food establishment drinking from an open cup. The place doesn't even seem to be safe or sanitary! Will never return!!! Owner responded to review. But it it's not worth downloading link. Sense I will never go back. Never seen a more ghetto Arby's.
Worst experience ever. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes then someone finally took my order. I ordered 2 kids' meals-one with a roast beef slider. Was told they were out of roast beef so we got nuggets instead. I ordered a sweet tea for myself and was told they were out of sweet tea. When I received my order there were no toys in the kids meals. When I asked the girl in the window about them, she said with an attitude "we don't have any". I won't be back.
The Store General Manager waited on us. She obviously knew her stuff, was professional, courteous and efficient. The double beef and cheddar I ordered was almost more than one meal.... Almost
When you go to any fast food restaurant you unfortunately expect basic, I have to be here for a check service. Not the case here by far. The staff were very friendly and accommodateing. I eat out for lunch daily and have had good and many bad experiences. Not here i must say the food was hot however still nothing worth writing a review for but the staff made a basic experience into a great one. If im in fern creek around lunch again 3pm for me. I will be stopping here. Keep up the great work! As customers we absolutely appreciate it. A frindly smile and service is noticed. Thank you!
Had to get a manager because the person in the drive thru wouldn't honor the price that was on the menu. Apparently the prices had changed for quite some time but they never thought to update their menu board. Curly fries were crunchy and hard.Food: 2/5
While Arby's is never my go-to fast food, on occasion I crave their Beef & Cheddar. Currently they hooked me in with the Diablo Dare, so my wife and I visited on a Saturday afternoon to give it a try. Like a number of reviewers have mentioned, it's easy to miss this location. I think it's partly because it sits kind of far back off the road. It also doesn't look like your traditional Arby's. I'm pretty sure this location was something else before it was an Arby's. So we visited on this Saturday afternoon and the front half of the dining room was blocked off by chairs and we were the only customers in the restaurant. My wife ordered a regular roast beef, I got the Diablo Dare Roast Beef. This Arby's location feels a bit...run down and tired. Like I said before, I'm pretty sure this location hasn't lived its entire life as an Arby's, and its age shows. The staff does a great job keeping it clean and organized, but the dated facility isn't helping. On this Saturday afternoon I have to question the music that was being played in the restaurant. It was very heavy metal. In the 30 or so minutes we were there it was a constant barrage of dark, heavy beats and screaming vocals. Not the kind of thing you normally hear in a fast food establishment. The staff we've encountered on our visits has been kind of hit-or-miss. One one visit a gentleman was standing at the counter, greeted us pleasantly, took our order, and was great. On our most recent visit a young lady was standing in the drive thru, looked right at us, and looked away. We stood there several minutes before we were addressed. Our food delivery time was less than ten minutes back to us being the only customers and the food was delivered hot and awesome. Let's talk about the Diablo Dare for a minute. The first two bites were spicy, but well within my tolerance. Then, as I got further into it the very much spicier it got. And then, *Ka-BLAM* WHOA, holy spicy!!! A lot of fast food chains don't do spicy as well as they think they do, but Arby's absolutely killed it with this one! I think I went through the Dr. Pepper® refills to extinguish that fire! Shortly before we were done the manager Dennis came over to tell us that we'd need to let them know when we were ready to go. They were closing the dining room because they were short staffed...no problem. I do have one complaint when it comes to Arby's, but it's not directed at this location. Apparently Arby's - across the entire company - discontinued potato cakes during the pandemic. That makes for Sad Jim. But everything else is great!
This location needs some work, very outdated atmosphere, subpar staff. Makes you wonder where the money is going... needs a upgrade, and a investment in staffing. I love roast beef sandwiches, when done right.Food: 3/5
Seems like any evening that I go to this Arby's, they have the maximum number of cars holding - that is most evenings for the last several months that I've gone to this location. The other night, I was the 4th car, but this evening, it was enough to block the drive-thru, and this is after the wait required to even place the order. The staff wanted me to pull forward again, but there wasn't even room tonight, so I just waited around awkwardly at the window while the store team decided what it wanted to do. I don't know if this is a staffing issue at this location or if the manager just wants cars out of the drive through to improve reported times - it seems like it would be more efficient to just serve customers through the window instead of walking it out. I have no complaint with the food quality or preparation, just a peculiar service experience most evenings. 3 stars.
Horrible place. I have been there twice and ordered a cherry turnover. Both times I got apple. I specified they check to be sure. Food was cold. Don't waste your time or money.
These people were extremely nice! It was 3 ppl working, all three were exceptional! Please give them a raise & free lunch! The vibe was great. A good way to get my day started. And my food was fresh!
