I have never in my life seen a slower operating restaurant. In line for 50 minutes. Keep in mind there are only 4 people in the whole line. Of course trapped in the line and can't get out because a car has yet to move. Also what's up with the woman using gloves when handling money and handling your food and not changing gloves in between customers.
Inside dining room was very nasty! Tables where dirty and had this white streaks all on then that would wipe off with water. So we thought it was very dirty inside. Food was good but I wouldn't recommend eating inside unless they have cleaned up and I mean really tool time to clean it up. Tables and floor was just awful!Food: 5/5
Arrived at White Castle at 11:35PM took ten minutes two cars in front of me to get to speaker. They were holding each cars at window for another five to minutes then parking them in lot. Ordered a soda, 10- cheese sliders, 1- large fries, 2- shake that they said they do not have. When I processed to window waited for 6 minutes there they ask me to pull to a spot in lot, which I did waited for my order. They brought out my order at 12:17. Arrived home at 12:26 soda was watery, fries are cold, sliders are soggy. Asked for my recipe when I paid was told it would be in my bagged ordered and they bring it out to me, was not with my bags. If will be a very long time be I return to White Castle again!! Spent $29.56 on order Sign in window said $8.99 for ten cheese sliders that mean a large fries and a large soda is $20.00? Parking: Parking lot full of drive thru customers waiting on their orders? Wait time is 30-45 minutes to get your order around midnight!!
3 cars in the drive thru, and I waited over 50 min to just get my order taken. Finally left without being taken care of, This is the first time I've been here in 6 moths because of similar situations, and I see that nothing has been improved. Very disappointing.Food: 1/5
I tried the 1921 white castle slider. It wasn't cooked all the way. When we ordered no one answered the drive-thru they don't have many employees working. You could hear employees yelling and cussing at other employees. There was one nice employee. Don't come here it's not only a waste of time but a waste of money. This white castle used to be not bad but it went downhill quickly.
Horrible zero stars. Came through early morning hours nothing else was open The food was cold and the meat tasted old . Disgusting waste of money . We trashed it and ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.Food: 1/5
After waiting over 30 minutes with only three cars ahead of me I finally get my food and realize halfway down the road that half of it’s missing. the onions are brown and burned. The food is cold and the line is wrapped all the way around the building, so I’m not going to attempt to try to go back in, but this is common for this restaurant so I’m finally going to make a review. Stay clear.
They don't have the speed of the women that worked there when I was young. Yet they were still friendly and the burgers were great as usual! Yummy!Food: 5/5
The food was delicious! But I'm struggling to see why it's still called fast food when they only seem to be able to take a couple orders at a time! While the line just grows longer and longer. SLOW FOOD-NOT FAST FOOD!Food: 5/5
Waited 20 mins to get to the window after I ordered and another 25 mins after I paid and they pulled me forward for 20 cheeseburgers. I watched a dog catcher go into the restaurant, be taken back into the kitchen and come back out with a dog on a leash. I walked inside to see what was going on with my order and a lady also waiting told me, "They're just playing around back there." After 10 more minutes, I finally got my order. Once we began eating them at home, we realized not one had a single pickle on it, the onions were burned, some of the buns were crunchy in some spots. Just the worst White Castle I've ever had. We only go to the one on Outer Loop, because this location in Fern Creek is always so slow, but I tried one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was the worst experience yet. Lesson learned again. They won't have to worry about me ever coming back.
