Isaiah really helped me very understanding and helpful. I was suprised personaly will definitely use this company again. So i ised this company again because car wouldnt start again, and a different tow truck driver came he was rude!!!! Very Rude and unfriendly. Hmmm, so that means it just depends on the driver the service will be different. Should be the same!!!!!!Service: Car towing

This company is straight garbage. I wouldn’t even give them a star but I have to in ordered to give a rating. Customer service or operator very rude and hung up on us multiple times. They were hired by my insurance company but never will use them again. They called me and claimed they never called me. You would think they would want the busy. Personally I think they are just lazy, rude, and worthless. Get out of the business if you do lot want to work. They need to work on their customer service. Then they made some excuse that they did not have one available until the night shift. Funny thing is their sight says 24hours. In my opinion I would not waste my time find another company. Ok my sister had seen the tow trucker hooking up my car @ 11:00pm on feb. 3, 2019 and told him tohold on, he didn't listen to her so she woke me up. So i ran outside to tell him stop. But then he drove off the stop and go, then speed and slow down. While i ran 1 mile barefoot chasing him to stop, Then told me its too late. But by law as stated in the picture must obey... just for that the driver need a updated on the towing laws in hawaii or get fired because he was rude and unprofessional in his job....

I needed my 99 Jaguar simply towed to a shop for repairs. I was out of state working. It literally only got towed a few miles and the driver charged my card $476.00 !!! I call the dispatcher and she simply says well he should have told you how much it was going to be before towing it....ya think? Ive tried contacting the driver and of course no response to my texts or calls. It should not have been any more than 200 for the tow. They took advantage of my situation and charged me an exorbitant amount just because they could and have been rude and unresponsive after the fact.Service: Local hauling

Still have NO CLUE WHY I got towed!!! HPD and the tow company take advantage of travelers in the Honoloulou area, BEWARE!!!

Awesome service for a reasonable price.. great driver was able to maneuver my van into my parking spot which is tough to get to with the tow truck and a van attached... So kudos to the driver awesome job

My truck broke down at Manoa Marketplace would not start, but not a battery problem, so I called Geico Roadside Service to get my car towed. Geico called Honolulu Towing Inc. at 10:00 p.m. and they arrived before 10:30 p.m. Fast service, really nice guy, would definitely recommend.

They almost made it an enjoyable experience getting my car towed! The employees were very polite, and even gave me advice on where to get work done on my vehicle. All in all, they were genuinely pleasant to deal with.
