Ordered the catfish to go. Was surprised that after I ordered I was told it would be 20 minutes to get 3 pieces of catfish. I'm guessing since it was slow that may have turned the fryars down. Strongly suggest they get a small countertop fryer and keep it hot whenever they turn the big fryers down. The catfish was done well. A little salty on the seasoning sprinkled on top. Still a good value.

Love love love their chicken. Food is good I just have one problem. sides and desserts “at least the chocolate cake” portions are false advertising. I paid 8$ for 8 onions rings which they said were considered a large but came in a very small carton. Like the size carton small fries come in. Should have been $4 or $5 The cake was soooo thin with some type of mouse filling on top of it. The mouse was basically the cake. Paid 6 for one slice. I ordered from door dash so didn’t see it until it arrived. I burst out laughing. I’ll post pictures but try their food it’s great. Notice in the photo the chocolate cake dark part at the bottom is the cake which is very very very small !!!!! Especially for that price

This probably like my 15 th time ordering from them because I like their chicken. I always ordered through Uber eats. But they can’t get another penny out of me. Don’t get me wrong their very nice people. Very nice but the food getting worse and worse. I ordered a twenty piece nugget meal for my kids and it came full of white salt season on the entire plate it was even on the bread. The nuggets was nasty af the fries omg. The fries was horrible. Who eats soft limp fries ? Nobody. They tasted fake they barley had potato in them. This food tasted like it came out of a bag. And it was frozen. I had to eat some gum after eating it from the nasty old taste that was left in my mouth. I threw it out and am going to McDonald’s instead. $20 wasted. !!!!! Other than their chicken they are beyond gross. They just throw this food together trying to make a quick buck. I won’t be back

The food was amazing, definitely worth the price! They give you every dressing you could want or crave. When your fries are on the same level as the chicken....Your doing something right.

It was pretty good. I had a VIP platter which is enough for two people to share. I had the wings, shrimp, and fish. Reasonably priced at $15.99. The shrimp were really good. The fish could have been fried a little harder. The wings had a thin coating. It was okay.....not bad. My personal preference is something a little thicker and crunchier but still good. Good amount of fries and the put the perfect amount of salt on them. Service was prompt and the food was prepared quickly. I would definitely go back.

Came here Saturday, Oct 20, to pick up a to go order for a group of people and I’m glad we choose this place because it was sooooo good! I only had to wait a few minutes whenever I arrived for my order and the food was fresh/hot when I made it back to our house. I ordered the catfish and shrimp platter that came with fries and a side of okra. The portion were great and the fish was fried hard just like I like it! I even had leftovers to come back to. I would recommend for anyone to try this place out. It’s kind of small in there with only a few tables but I’m sure you’ll be able to make it work.

Well it was a very moving experience because it was my 53rd birthday and we decided to go and have the fish and it was really really good if you subscribe great and the service was ready available the atmosphere was calming, and me with my "you heard me " That part... hospitality was all New Orleans ..AGAPE . The Franklin location has been getting my order wrong every time and gets frustrated with me when I correct him. The guy there barely speaks English, need new staff
