Dr. Khorasani is the Chief of the Division of Dermatologic & Cosmetic Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center and a triple board certified, fellowship-trained cosmetic and skin cancer surgeon. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology (Procedural Dermatology), the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgery) and American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Khorasani has specialized training in advanced skin cancer management (Melanoma, Basal & Squamous Cell Carcinomas). He is an expert in Mohs micrographic surgery and post Mohs reconstructive surgery. As one of the co-founders of the Tisch Cancer Institute’s Melanoma and Skin Cancer Center, Dr. Khorasani is actively involved with clinical trials and the advancement of skin cancer therapy.
