I called Roger at Hopkins Discount Bail Bonds and the service was hands down the best I have ever had! I had to get my mother out of Norfolk City Jail and I live in Hampton. He started the process and was at the magistrates office bond signed before I could even get there! I highly recommend him and his company and will absolutely keep their number if I ever need them again. Fantastic!

Very cool, understanding, and lively guy, I would recommend anyone looking for a bondsman to him. And he does discounts too, he really works with you, he doesn't force you to pay all up front like many other bondsmans.

Look no further, Hopkins Bail Bonds are the one! Rodger Hopkins is hands down top notch! He personally made the process from beginning to end stress free and totally explained and walked me through step by step process. Speedy service at its best. One phone call and he was immediately out the door, meet me at the court house, signed paperwork for bond at clerks office and I was on my way in less than a hour. I will definitely recommend him to others in the future and if ever need a Bondman again, I will be calling him. Thanks again Mr. Hopkins for your Excellent Service!!!!!!!
