Ride at your own risk!
Unstable horses and untrained teachers. My kid fell from the horse, luckily had no major injuries but extremely shocked. They gave an unstable horse to a five year old kid and who had her third class with them. Teacher used stick on horse to make it trot , which scared the horse and a stationary horse jumped and my daughter fell. Accidents can happen in any sport but here it is the negligence and carelessness of the staff. Super expensive place with lot of marketing and less value and attention to the young riders!

This place is great I love it. Sam the owner is so nice. Everybody there is so nice. My trainer Keely is such a nice person she is doing such a good job training everyone. All the trainers are so nice. I recommend Horizons East to all new riders.

I have been riding for nearly 2 years and my son for 4+ years at Horizons East. Multi-talented horsewomen / trainers / owners Sam and Barbara run an excellent facility. They and their staff offer a tremendous amount of flexibility towards their riders/clients - adults, toddlers, and all ages in between. They personalize the service provided to each and every rider, no matter what level and my son and I have benefited greatly.
We treasure the thousand-plus hours we've spent riding on special horses under direction of the trainers here. My son has enjoyed attending events including summer and holiday break day camps, where he was immersed in the horse world and came away the better for it.

Im a single dad. Took my little girl out here. Seemed nice at first, but eventually it became clear that if Sam (lady who runs it) doesnt like you, your kid isnt going to get much attention. Really cliquey, girls club atmosphere. My daughter and i both noticed it, but when we complained nothing changed, so we left.
