Horner & Associates Surveying and Land Planning

In 2014 my property taxes went up considerably. I was newly divorced at the time and they helped me find a solution with out involving an attorney and all the other expenses. Al, Nancy and their staff are great and have since surveyed many of our family properties. Dana H.

Horrible, absolutely abysmal. He said it would take 2 or 3 weeks. Took 8 months. Would not return emails or phone messages. Had to physically chase him down for answers. Talks like a used car salesman. Disrespectful to women. Never ever will I ever use this man again!

I had a difficult situation but he worked very well with my husband and I. Al was very personable. His crew did a stellar job as well.

Called this place twice. NO return call in 2 weeks. Second call, I was told they will call back after lunch. That was 3 days ago. Apparently they don't want the job.
