Triad Land Surveying PC

Would not recommend , I have called and wanted marker located , and found that owner of company owns property around me and implied about conflict of intrest ,then received phone call threats from owner

I called them because my realtor recommended them to me and I see why. They did not do my survey because they were all booked and I was calling literally last minute but they went out of their way to get me someone. They gave me a few trusted contacts and even called a few places for me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I see why they stay busy!

To to honest, I haven't used Triad Land Surveying yet. But I will, if I ever need to have something surveyed. I have a leach field problem which required me to find the boundaries/corners of my land. So I called several surveyors in the area. John's quote from Triad Land Surveying was much less then the other quotes and also he kept asking questions making sure I actually needed what I was looking for. It was obvious he was trying to save me money. He called the Environmental Health while I was on the line to ask what they actually needed and it turned out that because of that call I may not need his service. Very friendly and helpful.
