Hot N Toasty

I was a bit intimidated since I didn't see a menu, but the staff were accommodating. Definitely get the lox if you like salmon - absolutely delicious and worth it. The bagels here are HUGE and worth the $1.50 each. I grabbed an extra half dozen to take home and enjoy.

Have been coming here since we moved to Bayonne a few months ago. Bagels are always soft and fresh, sandwiches are great and service always friendly. I feel the bagels are a bit more on the bready side, but overall quality bagel.

Very nice bagel shop. I have been going the there for years. Since it has changed ownership, the only comment/suggestion, is to return to the "Brooklyn recipe " which gives the bagel a more doughy consistency, rather than the large bread like current version. Don't get me wrong, this type of bagel is good too. Maybe the owners should offer both. The coffee is very good. Had a bagel with hand cut lox; it was very tasty. I highly recommend it. RB

This was my first time coming in today! I loved it, the store is so cute and the workers were so nice.

Went into this establishment to get a bagel since I saw that it was near me and the ratings were good. Upon entering I waited in line and when it was my turn another patron went past me and started ordering at the counter, and they actually began taking their order and conversing with them — completely skipping me. I said that I was next, and while the patron apologized, the manager and cashier did not. Strike One. After I placed my order I waited for my food — I waited around 5-10 minutes and saw multiple people that ordered after me getting their food. Strike Two. I went up to the counter and spoke to a worker different than the other two to ask for the status of my order. First they asked for my name and I told them the original cashier never asked for it, which was true, then they asked what I ordered, and I told them. While they went to the manager I heard the manager say clear as day, “I accidentally gave her order to someone else. We’ll have to remake it.” and that was it. The manager nor did the worker whom I addressed came over to acknowledge and/or apologize for the mistake. Strike Three. Less than two minutes later I got my food — then the worker tried to charge me again for what I ordered. Strike Four. I told them I had already paid and just left. This was a lovely decorated establishment and I honestly wanted to dine in but as the only Black customer in this establishment the entirety of this transaction, I didn’t feel comfortable eating there and actually ate in my car. Food was palatable, the service was not.

Too good to go app gave me a heads up to this place. GREAT bagels!

Coffee is delicious from fresh ground beans. Self serve coffee bar is always clean and offers many amenities, like flavor shots of vanilla, hazelnut, pumpkin, etc. Bagels have the best texture I've ever tasted, like no other. People come from out of town for these bagels. They are not dense, but light and airy. Don't sit in your stomach all day, easily digestable. Great fresh cream cheese toppings like my faves, scallion or veggie. Omelet platters are large with home fries..my fave the Western omelette.
