I often stop by after seeing a movie to see if there's anything new that my kids might be interested in. It's fun to see all the clothing options they have available. They have some unique Funko Pops that my daughter loves to collect. Their small Loungefly backpacks are also significantly cheaper than what you'd find at a Disney store. There are always sales that help you save money and their rewards program adds up quickly. The employees are always nice and friendly when I visit.
Piper was extremely helpful in assisting me in purchasing two items even though one was damaged. She was extremely personable and friendly at the register and made my experience that much more easy
Amazing store, staff is really nice, especially Janey she went above and beyond when I needed assistance with a return she is very knowledgeable about merchandise and has the best customer service!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Went in and asked who I assume is the manager, I think his name was Cole, about larger sizes and he was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Made me feel ashamed of my body. The girl that was there was nice, but if that’s who manages this store I will not be going back and I’ll tell everyone of my friends about my horrible experience here.
This is my favorite Hot Topic! Easy to get to. Great staff. I wish they had more of the newer stuff like they used to. I will still always stop by if I’m close.
Thank you to the very kind worker who understood the situation of me trying to surprise my snooping sister! Im so glad they let me explain the situation rather than assuming the worst. I’ve always had amazing help when going there and couldn’t thank the staff enough. Helped me hide the mystery bags so I could purchase them without her knowing and I surprised her right after we left the store. I really can’t thank them enough once again for not assuming the worst and helping me surprise her. Thank you to the very kind sir in a striped shirt especially for everything!!

I will forever love Hot Topic. The employees are always nice and I tend to find what I want in there. I try to make it a point to visit each time I go. They usually have awesome deals online and in store. When I order, I do pickup at store to save money and though I had a problem with it once, they have improved and it had been better! Haven't had a problem since then! There is a guy there named Adam and he is very nice on the phone and in person. All the staff is great : Can't wait to go back!
