Great, spent far too much although savings of about $54 nice clean changing rooms too

Love an Old Navy - it's not a store we have in the UK. This store is small but has a good selection of clothes and styles. The assistant I asked for help was lovely.

I an sorry to give the rating just after having an awful pickup experience.Staffs are rude , unprofessional and more over they have attitude problem, may be based on people so I would say that is not accepted. I went to store and went to direct online pickup counter ,nobody was there at that particular corner counter but 2 associates were there in side by counters, one of them was with customer and other doing just nothing but he pretended he has not seen me trying to check something on his phone.I wonder who is allowed during business hours that store associates will be checking for personal phone while customer is not waiting.Nobody even bother to greet. Overall the retail chain stores are same, the quality goes with their staffs ,you are lacking there. Dear store manager, have some employee who wants to work not to discriminate customers.

We didn't use curbside pick up. We just shopped inside. There were so many options. My son needed a lot. Great prices. Well be back to use our cash bucks.

Great clothes, very friendly staff

Absolutely crazy store staff. I came 20 min to 8 pm and store was closed, however hrs on the door says till 8pm. I talked to the employee and she said we usually close early when no people. I said it’s absolutely stupid habit. Please update your hrs on google and on the store’s door that you guys close earlier!

The merchandise was, as always, well stocked. What you see on their website is also what you see in the store. But staff is not that friendly. Some would rather chat among themselves than help their customers. That could be one reason why some prefer to shop online instead. They should follow the services of the store in front of them. They sure can learn a lesson or two on customer service.

The story is pretty big and is generally nicely put together with the obvious exceptions of huge sale days. Even on Saturdays the stores in nice shape and we get a decent amount of our kids clothes here. Plus there's an H & M right across the road so we'll hit up both at the same time and end up with some Staples for the kids and occasionally ourselves.

You must do your best to find this store in town square. The store itself is good and has a large assortment of clothing. Staff could be more customer friendly. When asking if a shirt was also available in kid size the answered if we have it you should find it behind that wall, pointing to the children's department of the store.
