There's another review here that captured my experience, the girls there just seem like they didn't want to be there or anyone else. My girlfriend asked a simple question, barely a response is what we got. There's another Hot Topic in New Orleans, I suggest going there.

No ones talks to you or even acknowledge you.. the store was a mess.

Hot Topics are supposed to be cool. This one was slow and the girl seemed bothered by a simple question... Kids these days.

Good customer service. Smaller location but good amount of stocked items.

It was a nice convenient place.
