I used a parking app to reserve a spot here for a concert at Lincoln Center. The process was very smooth. When I returned, of course there was a line but it went fast and they brought my car up pretty quickly. I'd definitely use them again.
Service is good, parking safe, but prices too high! Be careful with early bird special - min 4 hours stay required...
12 mins late they charged me for extra full day. When I asked for the supervisor they told me they will not give me my car back and they will scratch my car. Had to call police to finally get my car back. Terrible experience. One of the names is Edward the other guy refused to say his name.
Typical NYC parking garage High prices, however staff very good.
I have tried icon parking so many times never had any problem. They were not reasonably priced always but still I like securing my parking and enjoy a hassle free travel.
Went to a show nearby and thought this would be a good place to park because the prices were advertised as cheap online. Got there and had to pay significantly more than advertised.
