Perfect location. Great apartments. Amazing service. Highly recommended

Classy joint. Lobby is very elegant and the suite was impeccable though some aspects were a little dated. Lovely views of Lincoln center and location is ideal.

The place is just outstanding and the doormen make your feel like you are the most important person in the world. So friendly and warm. The rooms are nice and the place is well kept. Great, great location.

People inside the lobby for customer service are mean. And they charged us for cleaning services when our room was not clean 2 days out of the 4 days we stayed. They suck, they gave us a price at the beginning and when we check out they charged us more.

Location, service, and amenities are all excellent. They could improve the toiletries.

I am a fractional owner of a Phillips Club studio,and use it at least 50 days/ year. I love the location, well appointed room, great staff and use of Equinox Fitness nearby. Also the option of family & friends staying as well. If you want to own a part of New York without the hassle-check it out

One of NYCs hidden gems.this is a fractional ownership building and the apartments are well maintained and comfortably appointed. The best part is the staff. Always a warm welcome, helpful knowledgeable doormen and an attention to service and detail

Stunning place!

I'm lucky enough to stay at the Phillips club every few years and it's wonderful every time. Staff and the cleaning service are excellent, and the rooms are both spacious and elegantly decorated. My most recent weekend stay has proven very enjoyable, and I look forward to returning, hopefully sooner than later.
