Trying to co-ordinate an installation with this Company is an absolute joke and nightmare. They cannot give you or understand what a 10minute call ahead is. Scheduled 3 times now only to receive a call that technician is at home. Told them to wait 10 min. I would be there, got there in 5min and they were gone. Start the hole process for the 4th time. Left Voice messages for Manager Mannie, as I already had his number and every 5 min there-on and still no response from anyone. I hope there service is better than customer service, maybe we will never find out if they cannot schedule the install!!! very angry

I would rather go the rest of my life without cable or internet than ever use Hotwire again. I have been calling for months trying to get an outstanding bill resolved. There is a fee on my account for early termination. THE CONTRACT I SIGNED SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT IF I MOVED TO A PROPERTY THAT DID NOT OFFER HOTWIRE, THE FEE WOULD BE WAVED. I have called for literally FOUR MONTHS because I keep getting a $398 dollar bill sent to my new home!!!!! I HAVE SENT OVER MY NEW LEASE AND I STILL KEEP GETTING THIS BILL. IT SEEMS THAT EVERY REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO READ!!!! The last time I called I was told that the supervisor would be calling me back within 24 hours to resolve my issue. WELL IT’S BEEN 6 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL.... BUT THIS SEEMS TO BE EXPECTED. Nobody I know in South Florida will use Hotwire because of how awful everything is!!! If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. When I initially set up my service, they told me we HAD to pay for someone to come out and set up the box and we could not install it ourselves. THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE OVER 2 WEEKS HAD TO COME OUT TO MY HOME. One person, no joke, came to my home and delivered the cable box and then told me that he wasn’t the person who sets up the cable box, he just delivers the cable box and that another person would have to come out later in the week to hook up the box for service.... how efficient is this????? Mind you we had already begun PAYING for service.

ZERO stars!! They have a monopoly on my complex and provide the worst service. They are currently insisting I pay a bill for an amount I DO NOT OWE - they are charging me for services I do not have - promising they will refund the money later. They are REFUSING to adjust the bill so I can pay the actual amount owed.

I had to tap one so I could get here. If you move into a community that has Hotwire u are going to have lots of problems just getting phone service.
