Very dishonest company. They prey on business that lack knowledge about the product/services. When I had an issue, they came out to my property, brought the wrong part and had to come out again. The second time, it was the wrong part as well. At this point, they stated that they had to take the entire system back to their office because it was "proprietary." I called MITEL to confirm this after and they confirmed this was a LIE. When questioned about this, their reply was, "Mitel must not know the correct system at your property." I read the serial number to Mitel, so I know they were correct. Not to mention that each time the tech came to our property, I was charged a TRIP FEE (which is not cheap). Overall, VERY DISHONEST/MISLEADING company which only tries to generate the highest possible invoice. Don't believe me? Try asking for a copy of an invoice/estimate prior to tech arriving and compare it with what you are actually invoiced for weeks later when the bill arrives. Their service manager Kathy is only out to make more money by misleading you into purchasing things that you don't need. Discovering and solving the root cause of the problem is not their mode of operation. Instead, they tend to use terminology that most would not be familiar with and stick you with a high dollar invoice. STAY AWAY. THERE ARE OTHER PHONE VENDORS IN THE ORLANDO AREA, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This company ran the cable and internet at the resort I lived in from 6/13-current.
From the get go it has been a nightmare with these people. If I could describe them in one word, it would be "incompetent".
Now, I'm sure there are hard working good people in this company, and I wish it was with these people I could work with. Unfortunately, I've dealt with apathetic, unmotivated, unambitious fools.
First, when I moved in. The TV was not receiving signal from the cable box. Took them about a week to get the signal to the cable box working. They had to call in about three different people because they "didn't know what to do".
Then consistently we would have outages of the internet. It would die for as little as a half hour, to going most of a day with out it. It got to the point where we were calling IT support on a daily basis. All they would tell me is that I had too many devices connected to the internet. I called them out on this when at one point only my laptop and cell were connected. They sputtered and didn't have an answer for me.
It took about a month, and me calling up the food chain, being such a racket, that the VP of IT came out. He found the issue within 10 minutes of being there! This dude was great, John Fisher, he is a rockstar. He did in 10 minute what his subordinates could not do for about a year!
Now we are facing another issue. We called and set an apt for a tech to come out. The apt was never made, we wasted our time. And not they are claiming that there was no apt made and essentially we are lying. Now we are waiting for them to get back to us, we will see when that happens.
